It started in 2008 when my mother’s barbecue sauce recipe was handed down to me. I started marketing the sauce and soon began smoking meat. I competed professionally for the first time in 2013 and was happy to get a call in brisket. From that point, I began developing recipes to compete with. I began catering soon after. I had a dream to have my own place, where I can offer not only great smoked meats but delicious sides as well.

My GAWD this food is delicious! I was served all flat on my brisket so I was a little leary about it being dry....BAM! BLOWN AWAY! Juicy, flavorful, pulled apart gently, gorgeous smoke ring, nice bark! Hot link....YUM! Perfect snap and not overly spicy.

So delicious! I got the Hank and my husband got the brisket. So good! Mac and cheese was delicious, beans were delicious! I got the potato salad (which is not something I normally love but it sounded so good) and that was exceptional! So good!
Definitely a must!! I tried for the first time on my lunch today...the Pulled Pork sandwich was so freaking good...I didn't even have to put sauce on it, was seasoned perfectly!! Took 4 years for me to find a BBQ spot here in Las Vegas!!
